Issues

Sample Manager has detected an IP address conflict

  • This error is not actually detected on the sample manager but on the acquisition server instead.
  • Verify that none of the subnets overlap, if there are multiple NICs and it has overlapped before, uninstall the drivers via device manager to reset all the NIC configurations.
  • The IP address configurations seem to be cached for some reason... Resetting the drivers fixes this.
